SANDHAN is an independent, non-partisan, non-political and non-profit voluntary organization, registered under the Indian Trust Act. We are working for the promotion and encouragement of citizen consciousness, neo-developments, nationalism and humanist ideas across the country.

BACKGROUND
SANDHAN (Social Alliance for Neo-Development, Humanity and Nationality) was initiated to work at 2003 in an informal group of youth in central India states, who got together because they share a common set of values, vision and zeal to work. The group did not work in any structured manner. The informal group included anybody or any other organization, who shares a similar thought and vision on social issues. The group universally stands against corruption and believes in promoting transparency and accountability in our system. We are working on the issues like Right to Information, Constitutionalism, Political & Electoral Reform, Administrative Reform, Legal Literacy, Human Rights, Environment, Poverty, Right to Work, Livelihood and other concerned issues like Right to Work, Right to Food, Gender Etc.
In his endeavour to work on grass root for one and half decade and make the decisions in the public interest, Sandhan felt the need to put it into an organizational framework. During these periods we rage voice of a conman man in different national and international forum. Different national and international social, educational, media as well as government forum appreciate and make valuable remark on our work. In 2018, Sandhan registered as a trust under Indian Trust Act and become a structural manner.
OBJECTIVES OF SANDHAN TRUST:
A) Social:
i. To establish and run various welfare Centre to promote de-Addiction, Welfare of senior citizens, physically and mentally handicapped person and overall human development.
ii. To promote social welfare activities with special emphasis on women empowerment.
iii. To work for the betterment of women, children, senior citizens, and disabled and to fight against social wrongs like discrimination and harassment based on gender etc. with a vision of social justice.
iv. To help the poor in their social affairs viz arranging group marriages and inter caste marriages.
v. To promote the cause of sanitation and construct toilets for Poor free of cost.
vi. To promote water conservation, educate about recycling of water, spread awareness for ponds and other water reservoirs.
vii. To eliminate child labour, child trafficking, and child abuse and focus on the education and resettlement of these deprived children.
viii. To fight against corruption and make people aware about their legal and consumer rights.
ix. To undertake and Re-construct Road, to plants, Shelters for shelter less, Pure & Safe Drinking Water Facilities, Rural Sanitation, Rural Development and other developmental works.
x. Microfinance and SHG Group and RMK any other Micro Finance Objective.
B) Education, Research and Training:
i. To promote, establish, run, develop and manage schools, colleges, Technical Institutions, library, coaching centres etc.
ii. To render, advice, give consultation, promote utilization of research and enhance, develop, exchange research programs and establish co-operation between institutions engaged in research in various fields of modern education.
iii. To promote education, especially girl and S.C, S.T, OBC Student education.
iv. To conduct educational, environmental and sociological studies.
v. To promote use of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) for socio-economic development of the community.
vi. To organize training and refresher programs for the volunteers and officials of different Non-Government Organizations to strengthen the development skills of trainees through IEC (information, education and communication) which they can use in the development sector.
vii. To disseminate information and knowledge, to edit, publish, and print literature and documents and to organize seminars/conference/meetings etc.
viii. To manage skill development programs and promotes participation of youth (unemployed as well as students) in income generation activities.
ix. To organize lectures, seminars and workshops to help or strengthen the character-building process.
x. To remove illiteracy and to spread Adult Education for the age group: 15-35 years.
C) Women Empowerment:
i. To fight against all types of violence being committed against girl, child and women and to make aware society against such evils like dowry, molestations and the like.
ii. To rain women for self-employment through vocational courses to be conducted free of cost to attach and gate or made on self-help group upgrade them about loaded for them by NABARD and other such organization.
iii. Empowering women through marketing linkages of their produces/products for ensuring food and livelihood security and self-sustained economy.
iv. To educate women about family planning and benefits thereof.
v. To work for uplifting the status of women in the society and to work against female circumcision and fight against the victimization of girl/ women by anybody in the society on female circumcision on any other related issues.
vi. To implemented so as to bring the citizen at par with the members of parliament and members of legislature.
vii. To empower the citizens, promote transparency and accountability in the working of the Government.
D) Human Rights:
i. To promote a culture for educating the citizenry that cultivation and promotion of human rights culture is the sine qua non for the smooth functioning of the organs of a democratic State and for the kind of development that results into overall development of the society.
ii. To promote human rights education as a catalyst in bringing out attitudinal and social change among the management of fireworks, glass, stone crushing and related industries for reducing the prevalence of child labour in these and other hazardous industries to zero.
iii. To create an environment as well as an understanding that human rights can easily become vulnerable to abuse of various structures and processes of power.
iv. To expand the trade and financial market within country and increase the bargaining power of economic competitiveness in the global market;
E) Health:
i. To promote establish, run, develop and manage hospitals, medical colleges, research institutions, counselling centres, dispensaries etc.
ii. To educate people against taking drugs and alcohol.
iii. To provide help under health and nutrition services for women and children.
iv. To organize blood donation camps, immunization and encourage organ donation.
v. To provide free medicine in deprived residing in rural areas by arranging medical fair mobile dispensaries giving free medicine.
vi. To create awareness as to fight disease like leprosy, tuberculosis, malaria, jaundice, Cancer, HIV/AIDS etc.
F) Environment:
i. To work for environmental awareness, sustainable development and participative management of local natural resources for village level development.
ii. To unsure environmental sustainability, ecological balance, production of flora and fauna, Agroforestry, conservation of natural resources.
iii. Plantation and Forestation.
iv. To create awareness about disaster management and to help the victims of natural disasters like floods, earthquake, Tsunami, fire, wind storm, cyclone etc.
G) Agriculture, Horticulture:
i. Encouraging sustainable agriculture development, Horticulture and Land Development.
ii. To promote organic production and their marketing in the area of agriculture.
H) Animal Welfare:
i. To work for animal husbandry, animal medical care, animal right and to implement project on Development on fisheries.
ii. To help the victims of natural disasters be it animals.
I) Sports:
i. To organize Sports events and talent search events for the youth.
ii. To promote and provide training for rural sports, National recognized sports, Paralympics sports and Olympic Sports.
iii. Career games as to the development of an education courses.
J) Other:
i. To public newspaper, magazine, general and reproduce of arts, literature, science, craft and other allied works/collections of works of arts for instruction and imparting useful knowledge.
ii. To eliminate Poverty, unemployment and starvation such as rural industries, home industries, small industry, small scale industries and efforts to ensure proper market conditions.
